What is an In-App Subscription

An in-app subscription refers to a recurring payment made by individual users on their device.

People personally subscribe to these services directly in the app, and the payments are handled through app stores such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Salesforce admins can setup and configure Vision-e Scan without priority or live support using the Setup & Administration course.

Support for in-app subscriptions is exclusively accessible through self-service support only using the Vision-e University.

There is an optional 30-Day Fast Start program available for onboarding, configuration, and user training, however ongoing live support is not available for the free edition or in-app subscriptions.

If ongoing live support or company billing for users is required, please consider the "Business" Pro plan.
