- ONGOING SUPPORT - Continuous priority omni-channel support for the duration of the licensing period.
Our free edition and in-app subscription customers have the option for a 30-Day Fast Start program for onboarding, configuration, and user training. Ongoing support is only available for free and in-app subscription customers using the Vision-e University.
