Salesforce Queue

Scanning to Salesforce Scanning Queue requires the Vision-e Scan AppExchange package.

SENDING TO THE SCANNING QUEUE

  1. Follow the instructions in the Implementation Guide lesson.
  2. After logging into your Salesforce org with the Vision-e Scan mobile app, click the Scan or Capture button.
  3. Select and take a picture of the business card or badge.
  4. You have the option to rotate the image.
  5. Click the "Finish & Send to Salesforce" button to send to the Salesforce Scanning Queue.
  6. View the image in your Salesforce Scanning Queue tab.
