Vision-e’s AI services are powered by Google Gemini and are active by default.

Here is important information regarding the use of this service:

• Use: Vision-e utilizes Google Gemini to process OCR results in both the Scan App and the Scanning Queue.
• Deactivation: You have the option to turn off AI services in your Salesforce Custom Settings.
• Terms Acceptance: By activating AI services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and accept Google Gemini’s Terms of Use and that you have the authority to accept the Terms on your Company’s behalf.
