Custom Page Layouts

In the previous section, we customized the layouts of the Lead and Event pages in the Mobile Scan Builder. To view the changes in the Scan app, first, we'll need to refresh to app settings.

To refresh the Scan app settings:

1. On the home screen, tap the 'Menu' icon.
2. In the main menu, select 'Refresh Settings.'
   

After a short moment, the app settings will be refreshed, and the alterations to the Lead and Event pages will come into effect.

Lead OCR Results Page

Following the refresh of the app settings, when you visit the Lead OCR page, the 'Salutation' field is visible.

Here it is without the 'Salutation' field.

Event Enhancement Page

The 'ShowAs' field has been removed.

Here it is before with the 'ShowAs' field.
