The Vision-e Scan Salesforce package allows you to create duplicate rules for the Scanning Queue. The custom duplicate rules use field matching to identify potential duplicate records. Your organization's Salesforce duplicate rules will overrule the 'Scanning Settings' duplicate rules.

Within the 'Scanning Settings' section, you will find Vision-e's duplicate rules and a range of organization-wide default settings.

To access the Scanning Settings, follow these three simple steps:

1. Click the app launcher.
2. Search for 'Scanning Settings.'
3. Select 'Scanning Settings.'
