Notes & Mentions

When utilizing Vision-e Scan to capture contact details, you have the option to include notes, mentions, and tags. These additional details will be linked to the record upon transmission to Salesforce.

The manner in which you transmit contact details to Salesforce will dictate how the Notes are captured.

  • Save as a Lead or Contact: If you have the Notes & Attachments object enabled with the custom setting on, then the notes will be saved in the "Notes" object.
  • Scanning Queue: Notes are captured in the "Description" field.
