Multi-Business Card Processing

The multi-scan feature lets you capture multiple business cards in one session. With the auto-capture feature, you can keep scanning cards until you tap the "Save" button at the bottom right of the capture screen. After saving, you can easily view the captured business cards.

Note: The multi-business card processing feature is currently only available on iOS.

How it Works

To capture multiple business cards:

1. Use either the Scan or Business Card modules to capture a business card.

2. Continue scanning additional cards using the auto-capture option.

3. Once you’ve finished scanning, tap "Save" at the bottom right of the screen. The number of scanned cards will appear in parentheses.

4. After tapping "Save," you'll be taken to the review screen.

On the review screen, you have the following options:

• Send All to the Salesforce Scanning Queue
• Select a Scan for Further Processing: Continue to the OCR results.
• Send Individual Scans to the Scanning Queue
• Delete Scans
  

When you’re finished, tap the home icon at the top of the screen or proceed to the OCR results.
