Global Enterprise OCR Options

Global Enterprise OCR is designed for the Salesforce Scanning Queue process.

The Business Card icon to take pictures to directly Save to Salesforce supports:

1. Business Cards
2. Event Badges
3. Passports
4. Drivers License
5. ID Cards

Global Enterprise OCR takes roughly 15 seconds per transaction, making it an excellent candidate for the Save to Salesforce process, rather than handling it over the phone.

Once you Save to Salesforce, you can find the transaction in the Scanning Queue.

After scanning a business card then continuing to the OCR results screen, if enabled, the Global OCR option will be at the top of the screen next to the other OCR options.

Selecting the Global OCR option initiates the OCR mapping process. During this time, a loading message will appear and processing typically takes around 15 seconds. After this, the OCR results will be displayed.

Global OCR provides the OCR results and maps the values to the corresponding fields.
