Customizing the Vision-e Maps Lighting Page
To Customize the Map Page Layout:
1. Open Vision-e Maps:
- Click the App Launcher and search for "Vision-e Maps".
- From the list, click the "Vision-e Maps" app.
2. Go to the Lightning App Builder:
- On the map page, click the "Setup" icon at the top right.
- Click "Edit Page".
3. Customize the Layout:
- In the Lightning App Builder, customize the layout of the map page by clicking a map component and moving it, resizing it, or removing it from the page layout.
4. Save and Activate:
- When finished, click "Save".
- You'll be prompted to activate the page. Follow the activation prompts.
- Activating the page layout creates a new Lightning page with the updated map page layout.
- It's recommended to name the new map page something that distinguishes it from the default "Vision-e Maps" page to avoid confusion with duplicate map pages.
5. Exit the Lightning App Builder:
- Exit the Lightning App Builder.
6. Go to the Updated Map Page:
- After exiting the Lighting App Builder, you'll return to the default Vision-e Maps page. To go to the newly created map page with the updated layout, search for the new page name in the App Launcher.
