How to Get Directions

To get directions:

1. Load a map.

2. Select the map pin for the location you need directions to.

3. In the location preview box, tap “Open With.”

4. Choose your preferred mapping app for directions.

5. Once selected, you will be redirected to the app to view the directions.

Here are a Few Things to Keep in Mind:

• App Permissions on iOS:
  • The first time you open Google Maps, Here Maps, or Waze on iOS through Vision-e Maps for mobile, you’ll need to grant the Salesforce mobile app permission to navigate to the selected app.
• General App Permissions
  • You need to grant permission to the Salesforce mobile app to access your device's location to use the "Get My Location" feature on both Android and iOS.
• Platform Differences:
  • Apple Maps is exclusive to iOS, while Google Maps, Here Maps, and Waze are available on both iOS and Android.
