  • Custom lookup fields aren't currently supported.
  • If offline, using the "Log a Call" enhancement from the Destination screen causes the Scan app to crash.
  • Currently, users of the Scan app are unable to simultaneously log a call and add a task to a scan.
  • Custom page layouts cannot be used offline.
  • When using the Scan app on the free plan without the Vision-e Scan AppExchange Package installed, the OCR results screen is blank.
  • The multi-picture feature is not currently available for Android.
  • The "Send to Slack" feature is currently not working on Android.
  • Updating the Digital Business Card picture with a gif causes the Scan app to crash when using the sharing option for the Digital Business Card.
  • The digital business card profile picture isn't displaying. Users will need to update their profile picture manually. Instructions can be found here.
  • When using the app in a language other than English, the upgrade page isn't translated and is still in English.
  • Using the app in Landscape mode causes unexpected UI and app behavior - Under Review
  • The scan app does not adhere to the screen timeout setting configured on your device. - Under Review
