Multi-Picture Processing

Currently iOS only.

The multi-scan processing feature allows you to capture multiple business cards and event badges. When scanning a business card or an event badge using the auto-capture feature, you can keep capturing more cards or badges until you tap the "Save" button located at the bottom right of the capture screen. Once saved, you can easily view the captured business cards or event badges and take actions like sending them to the Salesforce Scanning Queue, deleting them, or selecting one to continue processing.

How it Works

After starting a business card or event badge scan using either the Scan, Business Card, or Badges modules; begin capturing all of the cards you want. The auto-capture feature will continue to capture scans until you tap the "Save" button. A count of the number of captured scans will be visible next to the save button.

After selecting "Save," you will be redirected to the review screen to view all of the captured scans.

On the review screen, the following options are available:

• Send All to the Salesforce Scanning Queue: Transfer all scans to the Salesforce Scanning Queue.
• Select a Scan for Further Processing: Choose a specific scan for additional processing.
• Send Individual Scans: Forward selected scans to the Salesforce Scanning Queue individually.
• Delete Individual Scans: Remove selected scans as required.

When finished, you have the option to tap the "Home" icon located at the top of the screen to go back to the home screen, or you can choose an individual scan to proceed with the usual processing steps.
